The present trustees are alienating the Osho Samadhi, daily income of trust and intellectual property rights of Osho worth millions of dollars to their personal accounts.
Shree Rajneesh Ashram also known as Osho Commune International Pune has been built by thousands of disciples and friends of Osho over the period of 45 years. The Osho Commune International is governed by the trusts as stated in the subject line.
The said Neo Sannyas Foundation and Osho International Foundation is having Osho Samadhi and Osho meditation space spread in the posh area of Koregaon Park, Pune 411 001. This is an international head quarter of Osho disciples. The Osho Samadhi and Ashram generates foreign exchange revenues by attracting tourists from all over the world.
The present trustees under the influence of the few foreigners are manipulating and alienating properties of the said trust. Recently the trustees have filed applications as stated above for seeking permission to dispose of trust’s property worth 107 crores on bogus grounds. This is just a fraction of alienations taking place in the said Trusts.
We further request you take Suo-Moto actions and take charge of the management of the said trusts in the interests of justice and securing beneficial interests of devotees of Osho who are spread all over the world.
We the lovers/disciples/admirers of Osho, humbly request you take an urgent note of this grave situation and do the needful as soon as possible to protect Osho Samadhi and his legacy situated at Pune.

माननीय चैरिटी कमिश्नर, मुंबई के कार्यालय में ओशो इंटरनेशनल फाउंडेशन द्वारा दायर महाराष्ट्र पब्लिक ट्रस्ट की धारा 36 के तहत आवेदन संख्या 2/2021 ओशो इंटरनेशनल फाउंडेशन संख्या F-14570 और नियो संन्यास फाउंडेशन E-31387 मुंबई (पहले रजनीश फाउंडेशन E-625 पुणे) मुंबई क्षेत्र के अधिकार क्षेत्र के अंतर्गत आता है। दोनों ट्रस्ट के पंजीकृत कार्यालय 608, मेकर चेम्बर्स पाँच, 6वीं मंजिल, नरीमन पॉइंट, मुंबई - 400 021 में हैं।
माननीय धर्मादाय आयुक्त जी,
मैं यह पत्र द्वारा आपको सूचित करता हूँ कि ओशो इंटरनेशनल फाउंडेशन जो मेरे गुरु, ओशो (भगवान श्री रजनीश), और उनकी विरासत से संबंधित है । ट्रस्ट के वर्तमान ट्रस्टी ओशो आश्रम को शुद्ध रूप से एक व्यावसायिक रिसॉर्ट में बदल दिया है। उन्होंने वह सब कुछ नष्ट कर दिया है जो ओशो की आध्यात्मिकओशो विरासत से संबंधित है। उदाहरण के लिए, हजारों शिष्यों के बीच पुणे आश्रम में स्थापित हमारे गुरु की समाधि को उन्होंने नष्ट कर दिया। उन्होंने आश्रम से ओशो की सभी तस्वीरें हटा दी है। ओशो के माला (जो नव-संन्यास का हिस्सा है) पहनने वाले लोगों को आश्रम में प्रवेश करने की अनुमति नहीं है। उन्होंने आश्रम से हजारों शुरुआती ओशो शिष्यों पर प्रतिबंध लगा दिया है। ये कई जघन्य कृत्यों में से कुछ हैं जो वे प्रदर्शन कर रहे हैं। लेकिन सबसे दर्दनाक एक हाल ही में सामने आया है कि वे COVID-19 की वजह से आश्रम का हिस्सा बेचना चाहते हैं। ट्रस्ट के वर्तमान ट्रस्टी वे पहले भी कई बार पुणे आश्रम की संपत्ति के कुछ हिस्सों को बेचने का अवैध प्रयास कर चुके हैं और एक संपत्ति के लिए माननीय उच्च न्यायालय बम्बई में रिट याचिका संख्या 1346/2012 मामला लंबित है। विशेष रूप से बॉम्बे के माननीय उच्च न्यायालय ने इस रिट याचिका को स्वीकार कर लिया है और उपहार के माध्यम से ट्रस्ट की संपत्ति के हस्तांतरण पर रोक लगा दी है। 20 वर्षों से वर्तमान ट्रस्टियों ने ट्रस्ट की संपत्तियों को अलग करने के लिए विभिन्न आवेदन दायर किए हैं। यह स्पष्ट है कि वर्तमान ट्रस्टी संपत्तियों और ट्रस्टों को अलग करने की आदत में हैं
एमपीटी अधिनियम की धारा 36 के तहत उक्त आवेदन संख्या 2/2021 में ट्रस्टियों ने श्री राजीवनयन राहुलकुमार बजाज को 107 करोड़ रुपये में ओशो आश्रम के कुछ हिस्सों को बेचने का प्रस्ताव दिया है। हम कहते हैं कि उक्त आवेदन भ्रामक है। ट्रस्ट के पास धन जुटाने के लिए पर्याप्त संसाधन हैं और ट्रस्ट की संपत्तियों को बेचने की कोई आवश्यकता नहीं है। मैं ईमानदारी से अनुरोध करता हूं कि आप इस पुणे आश्रम की संपत्ति को बिकने से रोकें और ओशो इंटरनेशनल फाउंडेशन की गतिविधियों की जांच शुरू करें और तुरंत आश्रम संभालने के लिए एक प्रशासक नियुक्त करें।

On 16th March 2022, we attended the office of Charity Commissioner objecting the sale of Basho.
Mukesh Sarda / OIF is in no mood to step back. In fact, they don't care a bit about the feelings of Osho disciples and lovers.
The Jt. Charity Commissioner has given 11th April 2022 as the final date for filing objections. We should come up with our full potential in the upcoming hearing.
Osho Friends Pune has filed various cases in Mumbai and Pune in the Civil and Criminal Courts in order to save Osho Samadhi and His entire legacies.
We got the documents evidencing that the trustees and a few members of the Inner Circle and Management Team have registered shell private companies in which the trustees are the directors and shareholders. These companies registered in India and outside India are used as utility vehicles to transfer funds and properties of the trust. Trustees submitted an Affidavit in the Court saying that there was never any Samadhi of Osho in the Osho Commune International.
We got the documents evidencing the illegal transfer of daily income and misappropriations of the properties of the said Foundation to the tune of Rs.1,900 Crores.
We came to know about the irregularities taking place in the Public Charitable trust which runs the Osho Ashram / Commune and Osho’s work around the world. The Osho International Foundation and Neo Sannyas Foundation (Rajneesh Foundation) are registered under the Public Trust Act in Mumbai and Pune and Switzerland.
